Iridium Based Titanium Anodes and Mixed Metal Oxide Anodes are found in industrial applications, such as, hypochlorite generation in waste water, in refineries, petrochemical plants and power plants, for potable water supplies and in food processing.
Marine applications include the above as well as use in off shore platforms and the prevention of mussel, barnacle and algal growth on ships hulls. The strength and low weight of Titanium make it exceptionally unique, and some grades of Titanium can be anywhere from two to four times stronger than some grades of Stainless Steel. These features make Titanium ideal in some aerospace, medical and military applications.
They are also resistant to a number of solutions, and Titanium equipment can often be found in saltwater environments making them perfect for industries like salination, oil and naval. They are resistant to almost every chlorine or chloride solution, including chlorite, hypochlorite, chlorate, perchlorate and chlorine dioxide. If the chlorine is used with the absence of water, or as a gas, this can cause rapid corrosion.
There are, however, downfalls to the material too – they may hold excellent chloride resistance but they are not able to survive in strong acids like hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid, as these substances attack the protective passive layer that Titanium forms when exposed to oxygen and can also cause rapid corrosion.
If you are using Grade 5 Titanium equipment, they are non-ferromagnetic – meaning they are not magnetic or attracted to magnets at any temperature.

Titanium is mostly used as a cathode during electrolysis process. Titanium has peculiar properties. It is resistant to the passage of current into an electrolyte, but it has low resistivity when a second metal makes contact with it. If an attempt is made to use titanium as an anode in salt water, this resistance to the passage of current into the electrolyte immediately becomes apparent for an increasing anodic current is applied to it, the voltage required to force the current through the surface film rises until at the weakest points the film breaks down and intense local corrosion ensues.
Titanium used for high-performance applications contributes to its high cost, given its relative abundance on the earth. It is the most delicate and most flexible of these grades. It possesses the most outstanding formability, excellent corrosion resistance, and high impact toughness. The titanium-rare earth metal alloy cathodes contemplated herein have a low hydrogen evolution voltage. For example, while a titanium-0.2 weight percent palladium cathode has a hydrogen discharge potential of -1.44 volts. Additionally, when utilized as cathodes, the titanium-rare earth metal alloys contemplated herein have low hydrogen uptake. This is evidenced by a low weight gain when so utilized.

Tiaano HHO/DD/NS-7 is used for the bike and auto, because it is acceptable for 150 CC to 225 CC. The electrode is made up of titanium electrode with Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO) Coating. Because of this, no need any other chemicals and distilled water is the input for always. The life time of the kit is 25 years due to the usage of Titanium electrodes. The power supply of the kit can be taken from the battery available in the vehicles. 12V Supply is enough for upto 1500 CC vehicles. Upto 2500 CC vehicle kit can be adjustable for 12-24 V power supply. More than 2500 CC vehicles like bus or lorry kit need 24V supply.
According to the design, the rated vehicles such as bike and auto kit have a transparent outer shell; by this we can find the water level. It is in small size, easily portable. Less maintenance will be needed.
